Danielle Huff, a Level 1 teacher of YogaFit, will lead us in a 60 minute class suitable for adults of any ability level, with emphasis on flexibility, breathing, and strength.
Yoga provides power to the mind, body, and spirit and develops flexibility, which is one of the three major components of physical fitness.
Participants will need to dress comfortably and to bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class.
