Quilting: A Legacy of Love

Tuesday, September 12th | 6:00pm - 7:00pm

Free

Bobbie Bryant from the Kentucky Humanities Council’s Speakers Bureau will discuss how the simple act of making something beautiful from scraps gave women a voice in the days when they had little or none. This presentation pays tribute to the great quilters we have in Kentucky.

This program was funded in part by the Kentucky Humanities Council, Inc. and the National Endowment for the Arts.

All events offered by the Laurel County Public Library are free to attend unless otherwise noted in the description above.

The library makes every reasonable effort to provide equal access to all patrons. Please call us at least three days in advance to request accommodations.
