Join veteran fitness instructor Susannah Van Winkle in a variety of easy activities that are sure to get you moving.
Wear comfortable clothes and walking/exercise shoes. The program’s gentle activities are perfect for beginners as well as the more experienced. Susannah will show you how to adapt movements for your particular needs and skill levels.
