Join fitness instructor Susannah Zawko for easy activities sure to get you moving. Wear comfortable clothes and walking/exercise shoes. Perfect for beginners as well as the more experienced! This is a great way to start and a fun way to get the necessary aerobic activity for building a stronger, healthier heart in the process.
Susannah will show how to adapt movements for particular needs and skill levels
