Be Inspired – Book Discussion Series Session I

The Inspirational Fiction genre is exploding with new titles topics and includes something that appeals to most every reader. Explore diverse examples of this genre during this three-part series.
The programs will be led by Catherine Ruby, a former English instructor at Sue Bennett College and South Laurel High School.
Session I will feature the classic Newbery Medal winner A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L’Engle. It features a science fantasy theme ahead of its time, with a female protagonist and her family. Learn all about this wonderful novel and author before it comes to the big screen this month.
Prior to each session, books will be available for checkout at the Circulation Desk while supplies last.
Session II will take place on Monday, March 19th from 6-7:30pm and will focus on The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis.
Session III will take place on Monday, April 16th from 6-7:30pm and the book will be The Wednesday Letters by Jason F. Wright.
Participants will need to register separately for each of the sessions in this book series.
